Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Fisher Brothers in a joint venture with BlackRock converted this apartment building into a 72-unit condominium. Fisher Brothers successfully navigated a gut renovation of the property with existing tenants in place, while adding 40,000 square feet of added area. Project design by SLCE Architects and interior design by Incorporated Architecture and Design.  The project sold out in March, 2013 and was completed in June 2014.
