Fisher Brothers, in partnership with the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, developed 701 2nd Street NE in Washington, DC. Located along the H Street corridor in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, Station House is a forward looking residential rental building, replete with a rooftop pool deck and two courtyards. Station House was completed in March of 2015 and features 378 apartments with unparalleled amenities which cater to residents every need.
